Iris Online is, without question, a feast of innovation from beginning to end, that somehow manages to cater to every audience and genre available.

Developed by developed by Eyasoft (makers of Luna Plus and Titan Online, and published by Gala-Net, publishers of worldwide sensational MMORPGs such as Flyff and Rappelz), Iris Online offers a multitude of high-quality MMORPG elements in one of the cutest packages around. With over 1000 quests, 22 themed instance dungeons, and an intricate Tarot Card system; Iris Online is an MMORPG rich in both PvE and PvP action, and the cute anime-pop graphics and gorgeously realized 3D environments make Iris strikingly unique, with a look and feel all its own.

Curious? I know I was. Let’s take a look at some of the features. Through Iris' mysterious Divination System, you can get your Tarot Cards read from a fortune-telling NPC. Let the Fortune Teller reveal the secrets of the mystic arts, and you may receive buffs and other special boosts in exchange. You can also morph instantly into monsters by using a collected Monster Card; turn into a bouncy and resistant toadstool or a super powerful end-game boss, all with the flip of a card!

The Fool, The Chariot, and Wheel of Fortune are all included amongst the 22 Major Arcana Tarot Cards to lend their theme to each of the 22 dungeons in Iris Online. The Lovers Dungeon, for example, can only be entered by a male/female pair, both of whom have already added The Lovers Card to his and her Tarot Collection. In order to successfully complete this dungeon, both players must survive, because if one falls, so too must the other.

And in addition to truly distinct dungeon instances, Iris Online also boasts some of the most unique mounts in any MMORPG to date (yes, some of these are even cooler than the mounts in World of Warcraft!). From clowns and cats and rainbow coloured ostriches to accordion-legged toy horses, getting around with up to 50% increased speed has never looked this cool. It’s this feature of the game that highlights the casual audience element so well; whether you’re new the world of the MMORPG, or have a child who isn’t old enough to fully enjoy the Tarot or Dungeon systems, collecting mounts from monsters is a new game entirely on its own.

Iris's full feature set also includes a beautifully organized User Interface to display information in a simple, yet full-featured manner, and too, for those players who want to keep their finger on the pulse of their social network, Twitter has been fully integrated into the player dashboard without the use of any add-ons.
