After only one week of Closed Beta Testing (CBT), the latest Sci-Fi MMO Star Supremacy has seen an enormous amount of players coming back for more as new events offering in-game goodies promise to help dedicated players get a head start.

Some events, such as ‘I Who Has Golden Eyes’, reward players with ‘B-Credits’ (Star Supremacy in-game currency) for submitting the largest number of bugs, while others offer a more hands-on gaming experience by rewarding players for capturing enemy fortresses.

One of our personal favourites — ‘Will The Real Shakespeare Please Stand Up’ — rewards players creating guides, tutorials and offering constructive criticism. These B-Credit rewards will be accumulated throughout the CBT and made available upon the commercial release, offering successful players a serious advantage come release.

A Closed Beta Test by the name of Runious said: “The great thing about closed beta is the devs really seem on the ball and are taking suggestions and criticism seriously. There are also several beta competitions running, which will reward players who submit the most bugs, suggest new research options etc. This one has a lot of potential to be a fun, rewarding browser game!”
