RIFT is a subscription-based, dynamic fantasy MMORPG developed by Trion Worlds. Recently, the developer revealed a new developer diary video discussing some very interesting changes coming to renowned MMORPG. Two-faction PvP is growing to three-faction PvP in the newly evolved conquest system. Trion Worlds hopes to capatalize on what they deem to be a clever concept.
The new Conquest system is attempting to enhance open-world PvP gameplay and will have players fighting not between Guardians and Defiants, but instead a new group of factions from across various planes.
