RIFT is a subscription-based, dynamic fantasy MMORPG by Trion Worlds. Considered to be a polished, AAA alternative to World of Warcraft, RIFT has amassed a dedicated following around the globe. Today, news and game tracking website Raptr announced an upcoming giveaway in co-operation with Trion Worlds. Raptr will give away 10,000 copies of RIFT, 10,000 free upgrades to the Collector’s Edition and 10,000 Dwarven Smithy Goggles.
The Rift reward includes the following:
- 10,000 Free copies of Rift + one free month of subscription
- To qualify, players must be ranked “Experienced” or above in top RPGs
- Players that rank up to “Amateur” in Rift will qualify to receive Dwarven Smithy Goggles, a bonus in-game item
- Players that rank up to “Experienced” in Rift will qualify for a free upgrade to Collector’s Edition
Gamers can begin redeeming their RIFT rewards on Thursday May 31, 2012. To take part in this giveaway, gamers require a Raptr account in order to take part. Much like the thousands of other giveaways and rewards Raptr offers, the rewards are handed out on a first come, first served basis.
Eligibility to redeem the rewards on offer is based on games played and ranks earned through the Raptr system. Ranks are given based upon time played and achievements unlocked within the game. All three rewards will be available for gamers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, and Germany. So what are you waiting for?
