Xsyon is a subscription based, post-apocalyptic sandbox MMORPG which is known for its in-depth crafting and massive world. Recently, reports of the dead rising have been spoken of more frequently, and now the undead horde is here. Known as the Revenants, these undead horrors haunt tribal totems abandoned by inactive players. Those players that still remain however must be aware, monsters creep in the dark that can loot your body, grow more powerful, and chase down your friends before they can escape to tell the tale. Welcome to the Abandonment phase in Xsyon.
As part of the efforts to continue pushing Xsyon forward, developer Notorious Games has enhanced the AI for various creatures. So not only are they undead, but your enemies are getting smart. Don’t worry though, Revenants drop a new unique scrap armor set which should make your trouble worthwhile. Back home at the tribal totem, players will also notice that their totem has been changed to a square grid system, giving players more room to construct defenses against the incoming waves of undead.
