Changes Arrive in Elder Scrolls Online Beta

Over the weekend there were some changes made to the beta for The Elder Scrolls Online. According to a post on Reddit players are now able to skip the starting islands which some people have called bland and boring. If a player opts to skip the first island for their faction they’re transported to the first city. But don’t worry, players are able to go to the island and complete it if they choose to.

In addition to this change there were several more. Collision detection with NPCs has been put in. This may cause players some difficulty while on horseback in busier towns and cities so it has been met with mixed feelings. Mob difficulty increases slightly starting at level 5. Many abilities have been fixed so they follow the line of sight rules. And of course the buffs and nerfs to classes that are typical with any beta update.
