Maplestory 2 First Gameplay Trailer Revealed

Nexon released their latest gameplay trailer for MapleStory 2, a sequel for the famous browser MMORPG MapleStory. Captured directly from the game in its current Alpha state, the video features what the game will look like compared to its predecessor. As you may notice, it’s in full 3D, these include the combat sequenes, skills, new environments and boss fights. But there is more, wall-climbing, diving and swimming are also showcased here. Following this latest release, Nexon Korea has announced its plan to recruit MapleStory 2 supporters who will be invited to attend an exclusive “Supporter’s Day” somewhere in late June. They will get to see the game first-hand, and are allowed to discuss its progress with the developers.
MapleStory 2 is currently still under construction, and has been since 2010. The game takes place an era prior to the original MapleStory. The game will enter closed beta in Korea in 2014, with a worldwide release scheduled to be confirmed at a later date.
