Though, all of these features merge well with the artistic style of Talisman Online, and add to the game’s enjoyment significantly, while also leaving room for a number of original innovations. In Talisman Online players accumulate Talisman points as they hunt monsters which they can then use to upgrade equipment. This is a great feature that can be utilized from anywhere in the world, allowing you to speed up your hunting and customize your equipment from any location.

When creating a character in Talisman Online, you are given five character classes choices: Wizard, Monk, Assassin, Fairy, and Tamer. The first three classes are male and the last two are female: gender cannot be customized for each class, though with several face and hair options, players can be sure that they won’t find many doppelgangers.

Instead of forcing you through a ‘been there, done that’ tutorial, Talisman Online puts you right in the action, and guides you through your beginning quests with the use of tip boxes that pop up frequently to explain new features of the game.

 The starting area is active with other players and full of NPCs ready to offer you quests. It is advisable to complete all the quests you are given since they unlock newer quests which lead you to new locations. The quest log in Talisman Online is also very well designed; you can reference it to remind you of the quest details, and even click on the coordinates provided to mark your map so the quest is easier to complete. As you level, additional skills will become available alongside new mounts that can be summoned for increased movement speed.
