It’s not the console version that was talked about earlier, but the impending Black Desert Online Steam launch is still pretty good! The sandbox MMORPG is arriving to PC players on the popular distribution platform in just a few weeks.
The game will be, as expected from a buy-to-play MMO, fully-featured; 13 classes, unique landscapes, action combat, open-world PvP, and a variety of Profession activities such as farming, crafting, housing, fishing, and hunting.
It is noted on the Steam page that current owners of Black Desert Online will not be able to transfer their information over to the Steam version. If you want to play the game via Steam, you will have to purchase the game on Steam.
The Steam edition of Black Desert Online will launch on Wednesday, May 24th. Special celebratory events are planned, though are yet to be detailed. You can keep an eye on the game through its Steam page.
It’s rather unfortunate that those who have already bought the game on PC will not be able to link it to their Steam accounts, but for those who only get their PC titles from Steam, Black Desert Online is certainly a great addition to the platform’s MMO lineup.
