The side-scrolling action MMORPG Elsword is about to go mobile across the world. The soft launch for Elsword: Evolution begins on May 6 at 6:00am GMT and will last until May 11.
Currently, the soft launch for Elsword: Evolution is only scheduled to be available for Android users. The soft launch will include: South East Asia, Taiwan/Hong Kong, America, Europe and Russia/Dubai. Supported languages will be English, Traditional Chinese, and Thai.
The iOS version of the game, as well as additional languages, will be available when the game officially launches on May 12.
Elsword: Evolution is being developed by Noah Ark Studio with authorization from KOG Studio in South Korea. This mobile side-scrolling MMORPG will contain hundreds of 3D levels with waves of dangerous enemies. As players progress through the game they will be able to craft gear, customize skills, and upgrade their powers. Based on the previews, the game appears to be an accurate successor to the PC version.
As a hybrid 3D action MMORPG, Elsword is a perfect fit for mobile devices with its side-scrolling movements. Hopefully, the transition is smooth and the controls are tight, but regardless it will be a nice break from the slew up automated mobile games that have been clogging the market. This one should be an easy choice for any fans of the desktop version.
