KOG Games has announced that the HeroWarz closed beta test signups are officially open for the beta test beginning May 18, 2016. HeroWarz is an upcoming action RPG which features a standalone MOBA based PvP element, named Arena TV.
KOG Games has a long history of publishing free to play action-focused MMORPGs, with HeroWarz offering anime-styled action RPG gameplay. Players select and train unique heroes to build up a personal assault force, and then set out to complete story driven fights and battles. The standalone MOBA-based PvP component of the game, Arena TV, has an emphasis on competitive and fast-paced action with more characters than are offered in the RPG component of the game. Players can sign up now for the limited access HeroWarz closed beta by visiting the official HeroWarz website.
Players who wish to know more about the game and/or the upcoming round of beta testing can visit either the above website or the game’s Facebook Page.
The mix of RPG and MOBA is unique, and it lets players keep playing the game even though they may wish to “do something different” for a while. It will be interesting to see how the two parts of the game differ, whether unlocking a character in one area unlocks it in the other, and so on.
