Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade Chaos Powers Demonstrated in Livestream

A livestream hosted by Behaviour Interactive has been posted online and showed off some new Warhammer 40K: Eternal Crusade Chaos powers coming to the game.

Warhammer 40k: Eternal Crusade

In the livestream, lead designer Brent Ellison, senior producer Nathan Richardsson and community manager Katie Fleming displayed some new powers for Chaos Sorcerers in the squad-based shooter. The powers come in healing and offensive variants and refer to aspects of the Chaos deities Nurgle, Slaanesh and Tzeentch, with emphasis on keeping the Sorcerer in short range to stay on the front line.

They also showed off the new Tempest Launcher weapon and discussed other topics relating to the game’s current build, as well as mentioned that next week’s stream will showcase some new things for Space Marines players. If you’ve got an hour to burn, you can watch the entire livestream below.

Our Thoughts

The ability to stay in the fight and heal is definitely going to become a valuable one and should change up the way teams play in Eternal Crusade. We’ll be interested to seeing what the Marines will be getting with the next week’s livestream.

Your Thoughts

What do you think about the new Chaos powers? Are you happy with the new tricks Sorcerers are getting, or will you be trying a Sorcerer in-game? Tell us below!
