In the latest video for MMOGames, Qelric tackles the visual feast that is Elite: Dangerous.
Elite: Dangerous is the latest in the space sim genre from Frontier Developments. Funded through Kickstarter in January of 2013 it was finally launched from the station docking bay in December 2014.
In the brief video presentation Qelric brings us through the beautiful sights to be had in our Milky Way and Frontier Developments rendition of it. Flight sticks are probably necessary here, mouse and keyboard users probably will have a harder time with docking.
With the galaxy spread before you, you have the option to become whatever you desire. Brave bounty hunter taking down the scum of the galaxy. Ruthless pirate preying on the unwary or devious smuggler sneaking an illicit cargo into the station. Trading, exploration, combat. All of them are needed to reach Elite status in the galaxy and all of them are open to you.
If you haven’t had a chance to check out the game in all its galactic glory, we have the video linked below.
If you have played Elite: Dangerous, perhaps your reaction matches the worlds most recent favorite Astronaut. We don’t mean Chris Hadfield.Related: Elite: Dangerous, Review, Video
