These packs and keys are only valid for the North American PlayStation 4 version of Star Trek Online. A code may only be redeemed once.
How To Redeem Your Star Trek Online Triple Faction Pack Giveaway Keys
NOTE: You will receive three keys; one each for the three different faction packs. You must use all three codes to claim all three packs.
NOTE: These keys will only work for Star Trek Online on PlayStation 4 in North America. They will not work in other regions or for other platforms.
NOTE: Each key may be used only once. The keys expire at the end of the year, on December 31, 2016.
Open a Sony Network Entertainment account on PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
Select the PlayStation®Store icon on the PS4™ system home screen.
On PlayStation®Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
Enter the code.
Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.
Launch Star Trek Online and visit the C-Store in-game.
Rewards can be found on the tabs marked “Promotions.”
Repeat the process to claim all three reward packs. Each of these packs are faction-specific. You must create a Federation character to redeem the Starfleet Pack, Romulan character to redeem the Legacy Pack and KDF character to redeem the Empire Pack.
