The newest batch of content will drop August 9th with TERA's Castle Aranea update, adding new flying mount areas and a solo dungeon.
The August update will debut Castle Aranea, a level 65 solo dungeon that lets players travel back in time to the Archdevan Empire during the height of its power to influence past events and possibly reshape the modern world. The update will also allow flying mounts to work in several zones located in Southern Shara. Complete information about the content is available on the official site.
Our Thoughts
We're very intrigued by the solo dungeon, especially the timeline that it will send players to. Whether the effects of traveling back in time will make an impact in the story of the title later remains to be seen, but Castle Aranea should provide for some interesting gameplay to fans of TERA.
