Albion East: The Need-to-Know Info on the New Albion Server Closed Beta
The new Albion server is called Albion East, and will be based in Singapore. Its arrival means that the current Albion server will be renamed to Albion West. Suffice to say, it will provide a faster locale for Asia-based Albion players. Not to mention a fresh start for residents of Albion West.
The Closed Beta for Albion East is already underway, but players must first purchase a Founder Pack in order to take part. To sweeten the deal, however, dropping $19.99 on the Bronze package, the cheapest option, has never been more cost-effective.
Aside from being among the first to try the server - which, with a substantially reduced playable world, will feel akin to playing Albion on launch - a heap of additional rewards lie in wait. These include:
Access to the as-yet unreleased premiere Vanity Bundle, the Arcanist.
A Unique three-week Beta Guild Season that will bestow buffs to Fame, Resources, and Silver, reduce Resource weight by 66%, and give all characters 2,000 Learning Points from the start.
Permanent Guild rewards that will include custom Guild logos to the five highest-ranking guilds, and a custom season statue for the top-ranking guild that will be permanently placed in Albion East's open world. Second and third-place guilds will also receive non-custom statues.
Up to three unique placeable statues for the individual players that rank highest in PvE, Gathering, and Trading during the Closed Beta period.
Following the Closed Beta period, early access to the new Albion server will begin on March 15th. Albion East will then be available to all from March 20th.
