The developers of Party Animals have announced that new content will be added regularly.
Party Animals: More animals, costumes and maps planned
The multiplayer spectacle Party Animals has been available for PC and Xbox for a few weeks now, but apart from a few collaborations and a new map for Halloween, no major updates have been released so far. Now the developers at Recreate Games have commented on future plans for the party game. According to these plans, major updates will be released approximately every three months. These will usually include two new characters, various costumes and maps. In between, there will be smaller updates focusing on events and other festivities as well as general improvements. It is also possible that individual animals and outfits will disappear from the game store as part of these plans.
Recreate Games has also revealed a few details about what you can expect in the next updates. The arcade mode is currently being revised, so new gameplay mechanics and other elements can be expected soon.
Another major issue is respectful interaction between players. Like almost every game, Party Animals is affected by the fact that some gamers have not had a decent upbringing and insult other players and swear unabashedly, regardless of the outcome of the game. For this reason, a block system is being worked on so that you will be able to mute and block unloved players in the future. However, there is no timetable for this yet. Matchmaking is also being revised so that newcomers will encounter experienced players less often.
Recreate Games is also working on new collaborations with other companies. The guest appearances of the characters from the Ori game series are said to be just the beginning.
