Battleborn, the all-new hero-based shooter from Gearbox Software, is scheduled to start closed beta testing on October 29.
Registration for the technical closed beta test is available through Battleborn’s website and will take place on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. So far, Battleborn has 25 playable heroes, three competitive multiplayer modes, and a co-op story mode.
Unfortunately, for those who don’t get in the beta, there won’t be a lot of media floating around. There’s going to be a strict non-disclosure agreement that prohibits capturing gameplay footage, livestreams, images and publicly discussing any aspect of the test on the Internet.
“We get it, you’re excited – but we’re still very much working on Battleborn and things will change before the game ships in February. Please be cool. Don’t record, stream or talk about the Closed Technical Test. Still want to talk about the game? Awesome – talk with us! We will have a private forum for technical test participants to provide feedback on their experiences and discuss the game privately with other test participants.”
