Rocket League Aquadome Brings New Arena and DLC Cars

An announcement from Psyonix has just revealed some details about a new underwater arena with Rocket League Awuadome.


The Aquadome is an immense glass dome situated on an ocean floor teeming with aquatic life, and will be available in both Casual and Competitive playlists. The arena announcement also included the reveal of two new DLC cars, the Triton and the Proteus. Both DLC cars will be priced at $1.99 each.

The Aquadome is a free update to Rocket League and is scheduled to release both the arena and the DLC cars in October, with more details about other features in the October update promised soon. In the meantime, a trailer showcasing the new arena and new cars can be seen below.

Our Thoughts

The Aquadome looks like a lovely arena, and will definitely be a unique setting for the chaos of Rocket League’s vehicular matches. The thing that has us most interested is the tease of other details for the October update. We’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled for new information!
